I've always been interested in gradient mountains, and the haze and low sun on this day gave me a nice chance to take some shots.

A lovely shot. You've done a great job of capturing all the layers - it's not always easy to keep them distinct.

@dYe: It seems like every time I see a range of mountains with distinct gradating shadows I never have my camera on hand! This time I was lucky.

@AlainBadoual: This was actually a location that I drive by often, but it is usually nothing special. (I took this from the parking lot of a restaurant!) The light and poor visibility worked together to make it a magical moment.

A very nice panoramic shot. I like how the water "is getting blue" towards the mountains, looks a bit like assimilation.
