Buy the HweiPosted by Alex Lee (Jeju, South Korea) on 17 May 2007 in People & Portrait. In Korean, sashimi is called "hwei", and you eat it wrapped in sesame leaves and coated with either the traditional Japanese soy sauce with wasabi, or a tangy red Korean sauce. Here's a guy out by the lighthouse catching some fish to be sold at one of the local sashimi restaurants. There are a bunch of these places all around the island at all the boat ports.
